In this workshop I'll be teaching you all about probiotics, the health benefits, and the basic steps to make your own sauerkraut at home. With the use of everyday items and fermenting accessories, you can easily create a healthy start for the entire family. This private workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours, will include paperwork with information, how to steps, recipes, and other information for future fermentation. Client is responsible for supplying the cabbage head, unwashed and uncut. I will supply pebble glass weight and fermenting jar which you get to keep as part of the workshop.
