Epsom salt baths are known for their calming and relaxing effects. Taken before bedtime they are shown to promote a restful nights sleep.
 
Add our Epsom salts to hot water and allow them to dissolve. Enjoy for approx 10-15 minutes, no more then 20 minutes is advised for any type of salt bath. Pat skin dry and drink water afterwards to ensure proper hydration and removal of toxins.
 
Ingredients: Epsom salts, Bentonite Clay, Dead Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate*, and Ascorbic acid.
